HOW TO USE

• Bathing: Add 5 drops of Nailycious White Birch Essential Oil to your bath water then lie in it.
• Massage: Birch sweet’s main constituent is methyl salicylate, a superb pain reliever with a pleasant scent. Handle with care and dilute down properly before massage. The aroma is fresh, slightly sweet with an iced mint nuance. For topical application, add not more than 2 drops of the oil to your carrier oil then to the affected area.
• Headaches and Migraines:  Add a few drops of birchwood essential oil to a cotton wool and place onto your forehead.
• Oral Health: Add a drop of White Birch Oil to a drop of Peppermint Essential Oil to water and gargle and spit out the solution. Do NOT ingest the solution.
• Arthritis and Rheumatism: Add 3 to 6 drops of White Birch Oil to 30ml of carrier oil like Argan Oil or Sweet Almond Oil and use for massage. The essential oil’s components then tighten the skin unleashing a younger look.
