Where we deliver
We deliver primarily throughout Kenya. Exports are now done manually with the customer service team. Please send us an email at info@nailycious.co.ke with your order and we will process it accordingly.
Delivery services
Orders placed before from Monday – Friday (Kenya Time), except public holidays and weekends, are dispatched the same day or latest the day after subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.
Orders placed during the weekends will be processed and dispatched the next following working day. Please note – Friday orders will not be processed until Monday.
Deliveries of parcels and pallets are normally sent via next day courier service (Kenya Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm). In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the time frame set please get in touch with us immediately.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your invoice address if that is more convenient for you.
Orders weighing under 30kgs are sent by parcel service.
Larger orders will be placed with a pallet courier due to size and weight.
All delivery time frames are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
